[hpsdr] Hermes -- updating from original 1.8 firmware?

Update -- the earlier (2013-2-16) version of HPSDRProgrammer worked fine 
to upload v2.4 into my TAPR Hermes that had been at v1.8.

Looks like there is a problem in the new version of the programmer.
