[hpsdr] Metis down

Hi, all.

Advice needed.
I have ordered a Metis board from TAPR and got it about 2 weeks ago.
Programmed it by the latest firmware 2.6b (Metis_v2.6b.rbf) using
Bootloader. It worked fine for about a week. Then a few days ago, it failed
to start - no LEDs lighting when the power is applied. Tried to program it
again using Programmer - no board detected. Same result with the Bootloader
(JP1 and JP2 in place).
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
