[hpsdr] Metis down

[Isaac Weksler]

The power LEDs are all lighted. Mercury and Pennylane with Magister work
fine.
The problem is only with Metis. I strongly suspect that the firmware is not
loading into the FPGA from EEPROM or the contents of the EEPROM got lost for
some reason.

Hi Issac,

Do the power indicator LEDs D1, D2, D3 and D10 light? If none of them light,
then there is likely a short on the +5V input to the board (or maybe +5V is
missing on the Atlas backplane?)

If +5V is missing, this would also prevent Mercury from coming up.

Do you have a USB Blaster?
