[hpsdr] Munin heat sink and spreader

I placed coarse emery cloth on a flat surface (the table of my radial arm saw) and rubbed the heat sink on it until the sanding marks went all the way across the heat sink. Then I switched to fine emery cloth to smooth out the sanding marks. I finished up with 600 grit waterproof sandpaper soaked with cutting oil.

I also ran the copper spreader over the 600 grit sandpaper to shine it.

Altogether, about 6 hours of sanding. Not fun! Wish I had thought of my local engine re-builder for milling. :(
