[hpsdr] Standalone Munin Testing

Hi Tony and all homebrewer,

It makes sense to check input/output circuitry of an amplifier before
inserting the transistors to make sure that the matching transformer and the
compensation capacitors are working well. 
Terminate the circuit with corresponding resistors instead of the
transistors and measure input and output reflection with a network analyzer.
Reflection should be better than -10 dB. It's not necessary to use a lab
VNA, even a small antenna-analyzer does the job.
