[hpsdr] Munin arrives in Latvia!!!

 Hello!!!
It was long delivery. My Munin package lying around locally longer time, than delivery from US to Latvia :-/ VAT caught me as well :-)))
Now good things :-)))
Thanks to all involved, especially to Don, K3DLW for his time, what he donated to our community!!!
