[hpsdr] Gigabit Firmware

Hi Dan,

The beta testing of the Gigabit Metis code has been completed. It did
identify a bug in the 'ping' code when running at a Gigabit which I've yet
to find time to locate.

Apart from that it appears to work just fine. At the moment there is no
pressing need to use speeds higher than 100T but nice to have the code
ready for when we do.
