[hpsdr] openHPSDR at the forefront of SDR development

Thank you very much Joe for the info.

I guess that I will have to reinstall Tortoise SVN on the Win7/64 Pro 
machine.  It was on the old XP/32 SP3 box, but I failed to bring it forward.
