[hpsdr] 10/12m coil windings (Re: Angelia_v4.2 firmware release)

Hi Vasiliy,

The Original Angelia/Orion firmware extends the 17/15M LPF upto 27Mhz so
that 12M is incorporated within this LPF,  the Hermes firmware is modified
to the (B) version by me to enable this,

Firmware that you download from the Apache website incorporates this change,
