[hpsdr] 10/12m coil windings (Re: Angelia_v4.2 firmware release)

Hi Guys,

I think there is some confusion here, all ANAN radios use the 17/15M LPF on
12M as well, changing the coils on the 10M LPF does not effect the 12M
output,

The change in the 10M LPF was to prevent low output on the 10M band in some
radios, if you are not experiencing low power on 10M this does not effect
you,

The Orion and Angelia firmware already have this change coded in, the
Original Hermes firmware does not, hence, Apache releases a B version which
incorporates this change,
