Further update and correction:

The 10M Coil update also fixes the 12M low power output, however, using the
17/15M LPF for 12M also works,

The current Orion firmware uses the 10M LPF for 12M, all 200Ds shipped have
the LPF change incorporated,

The Angelia and Hermes (B) Firmware uses the 17/15M LPF for 12M, I believe
all radios shipped from March 2014 as Joe indicated have this change
incorporated,

In case you are experiencing low output on 12/10M please contact Apache
Support and we will be happy to assist in resolving this issue,
