[hpsdr] KISS Konsole on Ubuntu 14.04

Joe,

This is obviously a proof of concept at this point. Some of the issues I
experienced years ago with Mono and WinForms are still there. Namely,
rendering issues. On Windows, WinForms is a thin wrapper on top of native
Windows libraries. On Linux, the Mono team wrote the entire library in
managed code before diving into the native X Windows UI layer. What I find
is that initial widget rendering is a bit slow and then size and location
of widgets don't always render correctly. However, the UI seems usable.

I'll definitely relay my findings to this group.
