[hpsdr] Angelia_v2.8 firmware download

RR, thanks, Steve.  Interesting.  Bill Diaz KC9XG also was not able to make PS work in two-tone mode with v2.7 but can with v2.8.  I can think of nothing in the code to explain this.  I’ll keep thinking about it though.
