[hpsdr] Angelia_v2.8 firmware download

Mike, 

The power out issue suggests to me that perhaps the 10m LPF is not being switched in with the new version of firmware but I made no change to the code in that area.  I will check it out as soon as I receive the 100D unit here and get it up and running.
