[hpsdr] Comments on setting up PureSignal

Brian,
     I am not disagreeing with what you wrote.  I simply provided out a 
practical method for determining the external sample level and internal 
attenuation needed to overcome the internal crosstalk, which will be 
different for each band and power level used.
