[hpsdr] IQ out

Seems silly to want IQ output from A DDC rig like Hermes HOWEVER there is a digital program that needs IQ input.
I have enabled the IQ out tab when running VAC, no output, through VAC.
I can disable IQ out and see signals in VAC though.
Anyone else using IQ out with VAC??
