[hpsdr] Metis upgrade requires bypass firmware check...

Hi Justin,

Glad to hear you were able to switch to a PSU that works now.  I swapped 
the LPU for a PicoPSU-120-WI-25 DC-DC Power Converter quite a while ago, 
based on observations on the list that future enhancements, etc would 
require more juice that the LPU could supply.  Have had good results 
with it.

Still curious why the Firmware check in PowerSDR needs to be disabled 
since it's using what I believe are the latest versions of each of the 
firmware files.

But - as long as it's working ok I'm not too concerned.
