[hpsdr] CAT interface

Hi All,
Where can find information on this CAT interface. I need 4 decades of BCP parallel data with a couple more control bits to use my best preselector. My Racal needs 13 bits to control 13 BP filters and a couple attenuator steps. A serial stream could be interfaced to shift registers. I would be happy to get the operating frequency to come out a serial stream.
