[hpsdr] Hermes emulator

Hello,
For my own education I have created a software Hermes emulator that sdr
clients can connect to.  It currently just generates sine waves on as many
receivers as the client requests.  The code and binaries are here
https://github.com/ahopper/Patroclus . If anyone finds it useful or has a
feature request or bug please let me know.
