[hpsdr] Hermes emulator

Hi,
as there appears to be some interest in this I have made a few tweaks. You
can now combine as many sine waves and prerecorded .wav IQ files as you
like per receiver. Currently the wav file is assumed to be stereo 16bit and
is not resampled so really has to match the selected bandwidth to get a
sensible output, I may also have I&Q swapped.
