[hpsdr] flradio 1.0.2 released

The network operation would be nice Steve as I normally run hpsdr-server 
and dspserver on the ARM ODROID-U3 and would like to be able to run 
flradio on x86_64.

Now it's built on both ARM and x86_64, I'll first test on the ODROID-U3 
later tonight or tomorrow afternoon.
