[hpsdr] Hermes new firmware 3.0

I am curious:  What is the MINIMUM version (oldest version) of PowerSDR 
that this firmware can be used on an ANAN-100?
I am experiencing a no-RF-power issue about ten percent of the SSB 
transmit events with 3.0 and 3.2.19.  (UN-key, re-key again to have RF 
power again.)
I had been running 2.2 and 3.2.17 with NO ERRORS or problems.  My issue 
began when I installed 2.9b and 3.2.17.
