[hpsdr] Patch for KISS Konsole and Linux

Tried building on ARM and hit one error with libusb which is x86. 
Perhaps MS has an equivalent for ARM?????

using HPSDR_USB_LIB_V1; The type or namespace name 'HPSDR_USB_LIB_V1' 
could not be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?
