[hpsdr] well enough alone

Hello,

Not wanted to leave 'well enough alone'  I loaded the Qartus program,
selected tools and it found the usb blaster.

Told it I wanted to do an 'Active Serial Programming' with program and
verify.  Loaded the bootloader file, hit Start, and then it
told me it did it and 100% successful.

Powered off, removed J12 and repowered the board.  Since I do not have the
Ethernet connected fitted yet, is anything else
suppose to happen? (leds etc)
