[hpsdr] Hermes hardware and firmware

Hello,

Is there a document out there that outlines the Hermes hardware and software
in detail, where I can use it to troubleshoot
my Hermes board?

I have programmed the eeprom and verified it, but get no D6 health led
blink.  Also, when connected to the Ethernet switch,
the board shows up on the switch as a 1Gb device.  With a steady left led on
the Hermes Ethernet connector and a flashing right
led, running the HPSDRBootloader program and hitting "Test for Bootloader"
just results in a "Check that there is a jumper
on J1` for Metis" message.

I am unable to proceed.

AFAIK and can test, all power supplies and clocks are OK except for pin 152
LTC2208_125Mhz.
