Hello,

Sorry about that chief.  Flipped the board over, and saw some resistors
missing.

Well, I left off some of the zero ohm resistors, so I would not burn stuff
up on  the initial checkout.

Stupid!

I forgot to go back and install those zero ohm jumpers after the power
supplies had been checked out.

All is OK now, health led working, board now programmed via the Ethernet
interface.  Massive amounts of blinking leds.

PowerSDR is recognizing the board (I guess).

Now to put the mini-circuits stuff on...
