[hpsdr] SDR contesting

I don't think anyone is saying you can't contest with the OpenHPSDR SDR
radios. Many of us are just saying that we choose not to based on our
experience. Listen to what happens at the beginning (0:08) of this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kb8OfiL3crE - the dx comes back to my call
but he appends "N9" before my callsign. What clearly happened was an N9
station (without the rx/tx latency) responded and then my stronger delayed
signal finally arrived over his. This happened several times during the
contest.

I like more precise timing than is possible with the ANAN-100D when
responding to the dx during a contest. But there's no doubt the rig can be
piloted to a very high result in a contest. It's just a matter of
preference and priorities. Personally, I like the feel of a traditional
front panel knobbed radio for contesting, besides the latency issue.
