[hpsdr] Bootloader issues

Sorry I wasn't clear -- I have two NICs in the machine and have selected 
the one that is on the same ethernet segment as the Metis.  What I meant 
below was that I assumed "Local Area Connection" was equivalent to 
"Ethernet" in the message.  I am selecting the proper one.
