[hpsdr] Balanced audio on future boards

Hi Matt,

One can also think about completely deleting the Hardware audio in- and
output and doing it at the pc/soft- and hardware.
For now you can do it using VAC and a sound-card.

Look for example at an ESI maya44
<http://www.esi-audio.com/products/maya44/>, it has symmetric in and
outputs, even an microphone input with phantom +48V,
and very low latency (ASIO) and not to expensive .
I have tested it on my sdr-pc and it works very good (it even solved my
audio distortions during zooming and panning the panadaptor, h.i.)

Maybe in the future, (not knowing if possible?) HP-Powersdr can skip the
need for VAC and approach the sound-card directly(?).
