[hpsdr] Diversity - OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.3.6

I wonder if I've complicated things by switching receiver->ADC assignments
around regularly?
Anyway, I'll work on it tonight around 1800 PST. With any luck I'll come up
with something
reproducible.

I'll post results back to the list unless someone finds the traffic
annoying.
