[hpsdr] Diversity - OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.3.6

I just finished a set of specific tests on the 100D. (an older one)

(1) No matter how I start up, I always have to cycle RX2 on and off
before diversity works.

(2) I need to retract what I said earlier about the phase angle. I
wasn't able to duplicate that tonight, but with fairly stout winds
blowing the noise bombarding me from all directions is bad enough that I
may not be able to tell.

Thanks,
Jim N7CXI
