[hpsdr] Audio distortions during zoom/pan panadapter

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for testing and confirming my observations.
Yes, it's weird and, for now, nobody seems to know exactly what could 
cause this problem and why DPS latency checker helps.

I could understand this happening when you use a PC with limited CPU 
power that runs out of free availably processing cycles.
But it happens on a PC with lots of CPU power where I almost don't see 
any CPU usage when I look at the CPU cores usage graphics.
I also did try if there is maybe difference between W7  32 bit and 64 
bit, but exactly same problem.

And there is also still the problem with CTUNE that seems to mesh-up my 
(frequency) database.

But I will not make too much 'noise' about it, I know it's 'freeware'  
and I'm very happy with the overall performance.
(I also run "a other very expensive SDR" that has much less performance 
and more bug's...)
