The Angelia_v5.1 firmware package is available for download from 

http://www.k5so.com/HPSDR_downloads.html

This version fixes a bug in the Rx2 phase word assignments that caused random initial phase relationships to occur between Rx1 and Rx2 on power up of the Angelia board when in diversity mode.  The folder contains Angelia_v5.1.rbf, Angelia_v5.1.qar (source code archive), and release notes.
