[hpsdr] Analog Devices note on protecting AD

Well said, John. The NF of the Hermes/Angelia/Orion design is ~11dB. I
can't ever remember seeing an HF receiver design with better than 10dB NF,
even in government designs costing ten times as much. The juice is just not
worth the squeeze to get any better when atmospheric noise is dominating.
