G'day Mike,
I'm running WSJT-X 1.6.0 and PowerSDR and this works fine. In presence
of very strong signals weaker signals are still decoded fine. I'm using
the AGC FAST and AGC Gain=120 settings to work WSPR on 630m, which
inherently is a very noisy band.
