[hpsdr] another quirk

Hello,

I wanted to report another quirk of 3.3.7

Now, when I am on 6M (have not tried other bands yet).  When I go from CWL
to USB, the rx is off by my 800Hz cw tone setting.

For instance, if I switch from 50.098 CWL to 50.125 USB, I have to adjust my
vfo to 50.124200 to rx the station.  BUT, if I xmit, it xmits on 50.125.

To clear the error, I switch bands, change modes a couple of times, then
switch
back to 6M...

I also found out that if I was 'correctly' on USB, and switch to CWL, it
also
gets offset by 800Hz.  I was wondering why people who I copied fine were not
answering me (1KW with a pair of 7el LFA phased).
