[hpsdr] CPU overload

Hello Dan, and thanks for your input.

 

I've come to the conclusion that Task Manager doesn't tell you literally
everything that is going on, there must be some usage of CPU cycles that
isn't detailed.  Perhaps the load sharing that goes on uses up CPU cycles
that aren't displayed by task manager.  Hope you can get a satisfactory
answer to the load disparities shown by your two machines.
