[hpsdr] Angelia_Protocol_2_v11.6/ANAN-100D firmware available for download

After programming the radio I lost discovery but P2 was up and running.
I found a conflict between VAC1 and VAC2. If both were enabled I had
no tx on VAC1. It looked like there were no dropouts on the Pi using WiFi
with P2. It has been years since I used the bootloader, I guess I will have
to find my jumper extender.
