[hpsdr] Boot loader for DFC Firmware

That worked.

For the record, its the "Board Bootloader" menu (2nd down), "Test for 
Bootloader" button.

The bootloader position of the switch is to the left (LED/connector) 
side of the radio.
The normal position is to the right side.
