[hpsdr] HPSDR, Red Pitaya and automatic diversity

Hi Ron,

Joe, K5SO, wrote the original diversity software.  I've written the DSP 
library we use.  I have not worked on auto-diversity for our use and I 
don't know of anyone else who has.

I think it would be a nice addition!
