[hpsdr] How to configure a hermes IP connection?

To everyone with suggestions.

They were quite helpful and I thank you.  I was able to find the stupid 
IP address, 10.0.0.1.  I have no idea why I set it that way, but it's 
now set to a reasonable address, is on the LAN and pingable.  I also 
installed the latest firmware.

I can't test it since I don't run windows and I've not found an app 
other than gnuradio that runs it.  It's part of the reason it's sat 
around without being used.

But anyway I'll play with it.
