[hpsdr] HPSDR PTT problem

I have the same setup, ANAN-10 with three Kuhne Electronics Transverters and the breakout card on the back. 
1. Make sure the breakout caed is plugged in correctly, you should not see pins exposed on either side of the connector on the rear of the ANAN-10 and make sure the connector is fully seated.
2. If you still can’t get it to work correctly, you can program one of the band select outputs to come on as a substitute PTT signal.
