Michael,

There are a great deal of things that get stored in a transmit profile.
Anything having to do with audio processing: leveler settings, all the
EQ's, COMP, DEXP, VOX, CFC, ALC and, most importantly, VAC settings. Some
recommendations follow:

1. The only provided transmit profiles that are worth anything are the ones
at the bottom of the list with a "CFC" in the name. The others are old,
legacy profiles that existed before the new audio processing facilities
were added. They should only be considered starting points for your own
work.

2. See this thread for audio setup:
https://apache-labs.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2550

3. See this thread about audio glitches:
https://apache-labs.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2952

4. See this thread about how to set up the resampler in VAC:
https://apache-labs.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2763&p=5184

And there is a lot more to learn at the forum site, where knowledge is
stored and curated, rather than disappearing into the void of an
effectively unsearchable email list archive.
