[hpsdr] HERMES VNA NOT WORKING WITH WINDOWS 10/64

Hello,  I'm just guessing about this because I don't have Hermes.  There are "compatibility" settings in Windows10 to have a program run as if it were in Windows 7.  You may try setting those parameters.
