[hpsdr] THETIS manual updated draft

Hi Laurence,

The version of Thetis I had downloaded from your site announces itself 
as v2.6.9. That version did not bring up RX2. I removed it and did a 
clean install of v2.6.8 from the GitHub release directory. RX2 now 
works.  I should probably try v2.6.9 again using the Git Hub release.

On Hermes with the single ADC, RX2 just provides access to a second DDC. 
as you expected. I had to consult your manual to understand how the 
display of RX2 now works. The seemingly forced dual display mode is a 
change from PowerSDR and the audio selection is an additional 
complication. I must play with it some more.
