[hpsdr] Thetis v2.8.11 with Hermes.

Hallo Martin,

no new finding, but not less annoying and/or confusing. I think the bug
will be deleted soon. BTW, this time I used Thetis only under protocol
1. No knowledge if this issue also exists under protocol 2 mode.

Take it easy as Hermes will NEVER deliver 35 or 40 watts, hi.
