[hpsdr] CW keying for HPSDR

Hello Jim,
If you look at the Metis Manual page number 8, it has the DB-9 connection details.
Pin 6 - Dash – connected to 3.3v via 10k pullup
Pin 7 - Dot - connected to 3.3v via 10k pullup
This is how I use it for CW as well (my main mode of operation).
