[hpsdr] Stupid question re PowerSDR+Janus+SoftRock

Hi Roland,

I have the KD5TFD version (17 Dec 2010). This has no centre frequency 
setting when HPSDR and Janus are selected. I'll have a look for a W5WC 
version - thanks.
