[hpsdr] Angelia_v2.0 firmware and new output_file.pof file

Hi guys,

I used the Ubuntu 12.04 box last night to update the firmware in the
100D.  It took all of 5 minutes (after putting the programming software
in place).  There was absolutely no problem with doing the update.

I have not played with it enough yet to see if I can find any new and
improved bugs.

Thanks to all of the developers.  Your efforts are appreciated!
