You will not need a blaster even if the firmware load was not successful,
please follow the following steps:

You will have to open the front panel of the radio in order to force the
Angelia card into bootloader mode:

1. Disconnect the Antenna/Power cable

2. Unscrew the front panel

3. Remove the Power switch from the front panel Metal head, there is a
plastic lock (see disassembly guide refer user manual)

4. Slide the bottom plate forward a few inches, locate J17 and put a jumper
on it

5. Slide it back in and power the radio, the FPGA LED should be flashing

6. Download the HPSDR Programmer (1.6) from the Apache web site (do not use
a different version)

7. Select Hermes and go into boot loader mode

8. Program the board by pointing to the Angelia rbf file (v2.0)

9. Power off, remove j17, power on to check if the FPGA LED is flashing, if
it is you can reassemble the front panel
